Chhaya Sharma is a passionate social worker from Purvanchal Royal Park, Noida. She is the founder of UshaKiran, an NGO dedicated to educating underprivileged children. Ms. Chhaya Sharma stands out as a beacon of hope. Through her NGO UshaKiran, she is transforming the lives of underprivileged children by providing not just education, but dignity, skills, and confidence.

UshaKiran study center is a vibrant learning space offering robotics, digital literacy, life skills, and career guidance alongside with studies. Children are given opportunities to participate in public speaking, art, and sports activities — growing into confident achievers.

The students at Ushakiran come from families of daily-wage laborers, domestic workers, and migrants. Ms. Sharma says: “Every child has the right to education, irrespective of their family background.

UshaKiran today is more than a study center — it’s  a place where volunteers, educators, and corporate partners join together to give back to the children of those who serve us every day.
