1. Infrastructure & Civic Concerns

• Sewerage Blockage (Gulshan Vivante):
  A major blockage in the main sewage line towards the Ajnara side is causing backflow within the society premises, creating unsanitary conditions. Immediate action has been requested.

• Damaged Storm Drain Covers:
  Broken or missing covers near entry/exit gates pose serious safety hazards. Replacement and proper covering have been strongly urged.

• Poor Road Conditions:
  Roads from Felix Hospital to Advant Park are in deteriorated condition and require urgent repair.

2. Cleanliness & Environment

• Garbage Accumulation (Biodiversity Park):
  Significant waste buildup has been reported, requiring immediate cleanup.

• Sector Cleanliness:
  Overall cleanliness levels were noted to be below expected standards, calling for focused intervention by authorities.

• Unauthorized Advertisements:
  Boundary walls and green area grills are being misused for vendor advertisements, affecting the sector’s aesthetics. Repainting and enforcement action have been requested.

3. Utilities & Public Services

• Faulty Water Meter Complaint:
  A request has been raised with the Jal Department for prompt replacement.

• EV Charging Infrastructure:
  Strong recommendation for installing a public EV charging station within the metro parking area to benefit multiple societies.

4. Traffic & Safety

• Wrong-Side Driving:
  Increasing incidents near the Biodiversity Park have raised safety concerns.

• Traffic Study Proposal:
  A comprehensive traffic study in coordination with traffic police has been suggested to improve flow and safety.

5. Animal Welfare

• Dog Feeding Points:
  Request to initiate work on designated feeding spots at identified locations.

• Stray Dog Vaccination:
  Requirement for NGO/veterinary contacts to support vaccination drives.
