Broken or missing covers near entry/exit gates pose serious safety hazards. Replacement and proper covering have been strongly urged. -
Poor Road Conditions:
Roads from Felix Hospital to Advant Park are in deteriorated condition and require urgent repair.

Significant waste buildup has been reported, requiring immediate cleanup. -

Boundary walls and green area grills are being misused for vendor advertisements, affecting the sector’s aesthetics. Repainting and enforcement action have been requested.

A request has been raised with the Jal Department for prompt replacement. -
EV Charging Infrastructure:
Strong recommendation for installing a public EV charging station within the metro parking area to benefit multiple societies.
